The article dwells upon the worsening of water quality in the region near the Ishim River. The authors give the data on the nutrient pollution of surface water and groundwater of the region near the Ishim river; as well as the data on concentrations, spatial and temporal variability of the nutrient pollution; the impact of urbanized territory on water bodies.
