One of the most important and challenging tasks for the sector of the economy of Kazakhstan is the security of water facilities under the Strategic Plan of Development of Kazakhstan till 2020 to raise the level of national security and sustainable economic growth. The solution to this problem plays an important role automated monitoring system for water resources, promoting water security, prevention of emergency situations on the waterworks.
