The aspects of anthropogenic influence on an aquatic ecosystem of the Ural River basin are considered at this article. The characteristic of degree of an anthropogenic modification of river channels as a result of direct intervention in the natural flow regime is given. Indirect anthropogenic violations of river channels of the Ural River basin taking into account transformation of the hydrological regime and drain of alluvial deposits as a result of economic actions on water catchment areas are opened.
