For the sustainable development of the territorial economy should have the characteristics of river water quality. And such an assessment, for example, in the dynamics of sanitary and epidemiological tests of river water, it is proposed to hold for the examples given in the article to identify statistical regularities. According to the hydrometric, hydrological and epidemiological measurements can reveal patterns of perennial, annual, seasonal, monthly, weekly and daily cycles of variables and wave vibrational disturbances.
