The chemical compound of waters of Bija River on a site of headwaters from a source (settlement Аrtybash) to is investigated of Turochak village and its inflow of Iogach River. Indexes of pollution of water in all alignments of the investigated site of the river are calculated and is shown, that water concerns II class of quality "pure" waters.
