The main technological procedures of control applied at local monitoring of pollution of the water environment are considered. The scheme of the developed system of environmental monitoring of the water environment on the basis of a method of an integrated assessment of indicators of quality of water is presented. Main units of system are considered. Feature of the developed system is the accounting of unstable sources of pollution which became possible, thanks to the developed method of an integrated assessment. In system of collecting and data processing experimental data of two types arrive: from the fixed sources of pollution and from the unstable.
