On the basis of long-term researches of complex Kola bay water the methodology ecosystems microbiological monitoring in response to changing abiotic characteristics of aquatic environments was developed in this work. The long term data of the microbial communities structure of the Kola Bay waters including qualitative and quantitative structure of heterotrophic, sanitary-indicative and conditional-pathogenic microorganisms was analyzed. The reaction of the microbial communities of the investigated areas to change in dependence of the abiotic environmental factors (temperature, salinity, organic substances, biogenes) was researched. Microbiological parameters as indicators of a condition of water ecosystems are picked up in this research.
