The paper gives a brief analysis of water tenure in the Upper and Mid Ob basin. Main indices of direct and indirect anthropogenic impact on water objects are considered in detail. The estimation of total anthropogenic load within the river basins was carried out on the basis of demographic, agricultural and industrial components.
