Connection between geotechnologies and influencing upon hydrosphere was substantiated and it’s shown that hydrologic system protection is complex problem, which solving demands integrated approach to substantiating mining and reclaiming activity. Design solutions by creating a reservoir in the “Kozlovskiy” Open Pit of Tula Region are proposed for considering.
