The experience of the use of geochemical method to solve environmental problems is summarized. The problems of concentration and dispersion of pollutants as a result of technogenic migration and necessity of geochemical analysis under environmental monitoring are presented. The method of creation of artificial geochemical barriers with using of natural and artificial materials is one of the most effective methods to control spreading of pollution.
