The current total anthropogenic load on the Black Sea has caused significant environmental changes affecting the economic and recreational natural resource potential, and this in turn led to the emergence of intractable problems for those interested in the Black Sea region.
      The implementation of Black Sea nations signed the 1996 "Strategic Plan of Action for the Rehabilitation and Protection of the Black Sea" aimed at developing a commonly agreed strategy for managing the use and protection of coastal and marine resources of the Black Sea for a period of 20 years is at the stage of building links and creating centers of activity in the area regional, national and international collaboration.
