The guidelines on irrigation regime, methods and technique of vegetables and cucurbits in different zones of the Russian Federation (irrigation regimes, methods, technique and technology of irrigation, extranutrition with irrigation water, impact of overmoistening and flooding on vegetables) were prepared by the Head of Irrigation Laboratory VNIIO Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Prof. S.S.Vaneyan and the Senior Researcher, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences A.M.Men’shikh. The recommendations 1985 “Regimes and Technique of Vegetable Irrigation” revisited and added were used in the guidelines. 

The guidelines are dedicated for experts in vegetable growing, irrigated agriculture and water management.
