Economical stability of Uzbekistan depends on an effective consumption of water resources and environmental protection. The results of researches allow more really to estimate a hydroecological situation, the basic features of a technique are opened and to estimate the influence of water quality on an ecological and socio-economic situation of region, that water security and water economic organizations will help to plan and predict ecological condition in water economic complex of the Aral basin with the use of Geographical information system.
