Main characteristics of land use design in agricultural, forestry, aquicultural, industrial and urban landscapes are considered. Those include the tasks and content of land use design, preparatory work and preliminary surveys, environmental and economic efficiency of the design, and environmental-landscape technique of land use design in reclaimed and re-cultivated landscapes.  

The textbook is recommended for bachelors and masters studying in land resource expertise and management and under the training area 280000 – “Environmental engineering and water use”.
