Proceedings of the International Scientific-Production Conference dedicated to 40-year implementation of a large-scale land reclamation program (VNIIGiM, 2006).

It contains materials of the conference organized by the Research Guidance Center on Irrigation and Drainage at Rosselkhozakademiya, the Association of Water Management Organizations and OAO Vodstroy. The land reclamation development stages, environmental technologies of agricultural reclamation, hydraulic engineering and mechanization, economic and management issues are addressed.
