During normal water supply (no water stress), water circulation is used only at the lowest levels of water allocation: between irrigated circuits, temporary sprinklers and district distributors. With the deepening water shortages, it is advisable to use the water cycle and the channels of higher order, including the water cycle between the hydro-trunk.
