This publication was prepared within the framework of a pilot project “Biodiversity Conservation and Integrated Basin Management in the valley of AmuDarya River: Tigrovaya Balka Sanctuary, Tajikistan” of the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) supported by Norwegian MFA/ WWF. The publication contains materials of training modules used during farmers’ courses, description of environmental conditions, legal framework, and methodological approaches for optimization of nature use, including practices of installation of optimal irrigation forms and analysis of their application under the small grant program.
