Dumnov A.D. NIA-Priroda Currently, international comparisons of socio-economic develop rapidly. The demand for them at the international level and within many countries is very high. Unfortunately, the comparison in the field of natural resources and, in particular, the protection of the environment were to some extent on the periphery of the process.
