Resolution of International Scientific Conference "Strategic projects of water resources in Siberia and the Arctic in the XXI century: conceptual thinking and the identification of individuals" The participants of the conference noted that global climate change, population growth, increasing demand for energy, meeting the needs of the population in food led to an inevitable increase in water consumption across all continents. The trend of the world water supply deficit remains relevant and even worse. The problem of water supply and water regulation today is not only ecological, scientific, technological or organizational, economic, and political.
