On the water strategy and the "strategists"

B.S. Maslov, P. Pylyenok Journal "Irrigation and Water management" (January-February 2012) ISSN 235-2524 Water strategy was developed, as indicated therein in order to entirely supply support concept of socio-economic development of Russia up to 2020, which is known, focuses on the development of "competitive potential of the territories" to enhance the supply of Russian raw materials and energy resources abroad which are supposed to strengthen and expand the global benefits of Russia's traditional spheres - energy, transport, agriculture, processing of natural resources.
