The publication contains in-depth analysis of such complex issues as funding mechanisms, and cooperation with national authorities, the implementation of decisions and opportunities for public participation in the activities of joint bodies. The text is supplemented by numerous examples relating to existing agreements. It also makes recommendations for improvement of the existing joint bodies and to conclude new agreements and the establishment of joint bodies with the participation of EECCA.
