Issue registered in the Russian Federation State Committee for Press Certificate of Registration No. 018,594 on March 15, 1999. Circulation is distributed by subscription to the territorial executive bodies water organizations from all regions of Russia, government and non-governmental organizations and the media ecological orientation, as well as private individuals.
