For example, the decision to extend the federal program to preserve and restore soil fertility by 2013. According to first deputy prime minister of the Russian government Viktor Zubkov emphasized in this program should be given precisely the development of land reclamation. The program has made additions to subsidize interest rates on loans for the purchase of land reclamation equipment. And since 2012, according to V. Zubkov, these measures added and compensation - up to 50 percent of the cost of establishing and upgrading on-farm drainage systems.
