25 ... May 26, 2011 prof. V.A. Dukhovny visited the State Agency for Water Resources of Ukraine and met with Chairman of the Agency, Dr. V.A. Stashuk.
The agency works hard to develop water resources in Ukraine, carrying water management and water relations, exploitation of public water systems and channels, including such unique as the North-Crimean Canal Kakhovskaya irrigation system, the channel Seversky Donetsk Donbass and several others. The Agency has 255 enterprises with the number of 32 000 people, including 9 and 16 Basin Regional Water Management, 21 Provincial Department of Irrigation and Water Management, 25, hydrogeological expedition, 5 irrigation institutions, etc.
