The software is designed for assessment of water regime and its regulation in polder systems. It provides information support for the technology, which uses multiple-factor relations between the average weighted, in time, water levels in pumping-plant intake and the dynamics of water storage in the soil. In addition, this considers agricultural requirements for water tables, weather conditions, soil water-physical properties, structural solutions, and conditions of irrigation-drainage network during the period of regulation.
