The citizens of Amur can sense the rise in prices of utilities at the beginning of next year.

The bill to raise taxes on water use suggested Russia's Finance Ministry. Increase is expected to hold for three years starting in 2011. As a result, taxes may rise more than 1,5 times. With the adoption of this law citizens can feel the increase in utility prices in 2012.
