Specialists have identified the water quality of rivers in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Six of them are considered "dirty."

This was reported in the public report on the environmental situation in Russia in 2009. The list includes the Yenisei River, Chulym, Kan, Angara, Lower Tunguska and the Podkamennaya Tunguska.

In the Krasnoyarsk reservoir water quality is described as being "contaminated" and "dirty."
