Specialists of the West of the Caspian basin water management plan to create four schemes of complex use and protection of water bodies in the North Caucasus to 2013 and neighboring regions of the country, said Magomed Hajiyev, the head of department.

"In December we set out to create the four schemes of complex use and protection of water bodies in the basin of the Terek River, between the rivers Terek and Volga rivers Terek, Volga and Don rivers, as well as in the Sulak River basin," - Magomed Hajiyev said at a meeting of the Board of the West of the Caspian Basin Water management in Nalchik.
