Hydrologists expect water rise level in rivers of Sochi above the danger mark, said on Monday the city rescue service.

"Due to the intense rainfall in the morning and afternoon of 30 November Mzymta river is expected rise of water level above the danger mark. Raising the water level is expected and on other rivers and reservoirs in the Greater Sochi" - said in a statement.

Flood situation in the province escalated last Friday. On this day, rise in water level in rivers in neighboring Sochi Tuapse region led to flooding of about 40 houses in three locations. As a result welter no one was hurt.
