In work quality indicators of irrigation water of the Volgograd region used in systems of a small-volume irrigation of the main sources are investigated. Most of the indicators does not correspond to normative documents. To improve the efficiency of local irrigation systems with steel main pipelines, as well as optimize site water treatment is proposed to use a hydrocyclone with tubefilter.
