There are considered questions of the regularity of the year flow distribution in the Upper Volga basin. In the research used the method of calculation of the flow distribution by seasons spring, summer-autumn, winter. The calculations of the flow were carried out by method layout. There are installed main factors affecting the river flow distribution within a year.
