Available water resources in Uzbekistan and other countries of Central Asia practically are completely used for needs of irrigated agriculture, the industry, economic-drinking water supply, ecological releases. A priority direction of development of irrigation-drainage systems and irrigation techniques in region is realization of water saving up actions (technologies). Economic efficiency of water savings in irrigation will be defined and estimated more objectively if receipt from it and expense for it to establish taking into account the most favourable variants of use saving waters.
