The main theme and object of researches is reclaimed agro landscapes of the lower reaches of the Syr Darya of Kazakhstan which are characterized by a poor ecological reclamation state. The aim of the research is to assess the ecological and reclamation stability of agricultural landscapes in the lower reaches of the Syr Darya. The result of the research is the development of a model of ecological and reclamation stability and environmental hazards of agro landscape systems and forecast calculations with the use of information materials of the reclamation cadastre in the lower reaches of the Syrdarya river The scientific novelty of the research is the development of the model indices of ecological and reclamation stability and environmental hazards of agro landscape systems of the lower reaches of the Syrdarya river. The practical significance of the research determines the possibility of development of conceptual provisions on the rational, environmentally sound use of natural resources and their protection, especially in the lower reaches of the Syrdarya river which will provide not only the reduction of anthropogenic impact on irrigated agricultural landscapes and water ecosystems but also allow us to develop new, environmentally sound technologies and technical decisions on improvement of the ecological-ameliorative condition of the agricultural landscapes under consideration. The results of investigations of the lower reaches of the Syr Darya river showed that the region is characterized by huge reserves of salts in the aeration zone and in groundwater, poor natural drainage, saline complexity of the soil cover indicating to a low ecological and reclamation sustainability of agro landscapes of Kyzylorda region. The rate of intensity changes in natural processes resulting from anthropogenic activities show that currently the strategy and tactics of reclamation development under the conditions of the Kyzylorda region should be directed primarily to restoration and normalization of the soil-ecological condition of agricultural landscapes.
