The article dwells on the issues of compliance of the interests of hydroenergetics and irrigated agriculture under the conditions of regulation of the waters flowing out of the Syr-Darya river into a reservoir, formed by Toktogul (Kyrgyzstan), Andijan (Uzbekistan) and Kayrakhoom HEPSes. Hereby, transfrontier interests of water consumers in the period of seasonal working regime in regard to reservoir functioning are taken into account. Variative calculations are presented demonstrating an applicability of the elaborated economico-mathematical model.
