In article modern technologies and technical means of increase of efficiency of irrigation systems with a substantiation of the optimal ways of irrigation are resulted. A perspective direction in land improvement is use for irrigation of the electroactivated water. The design of the two-line electroactivator of water developed by the author is resulted.
