Article is devoted a substantiation of approaches to working out of a technique of an ekologo-economic estimation of a state of environment in operating conditions of the enterprises-prirodopolzovatelej taking into account ecological safety from their activity. Offers on use econometrical modeling for prevention of a damage to environment from influence on it of anthropogenous factors of the functioning enterprises, including emergencies are proved.
